Skill Up! Power Up!

Exciting News! The Empowerment Network
in partnership with the Urban League of Nebraska
is preparing to launch Skill Up! Power Up!
Modeled after the success of Step-Up Omaha!,
this is a program focused on ages 21 and older.
The goal of the collaborative is to assist participants
with increasing their incomes and building generational
wealth.

Participants will: connect with your
purpose; understand the value you
bring to the table; develop your skills;
increase your income; and, develop plans
for wealth development.

The key components of the program:

• • Connect with a Career Coach
    from the Urban League
  • Complete an initial assessment to
    identify your career interests, strengths,
    gifts and talents
  • Participate in the Skill Up! Power Up!
    12 Week Program
  • Connect to short-term training
    opportunities and certificated programs
    that can dramatically increase incomes
    as skills are further developed and expanded
  • Gain access to wrap-around services to include
    assistance with transportation, connections to
    health services, financial empowerment,
    family supports and more!
